JOC exists to bring faith, creative work, and business into one honest conversation, and to welcome anyone who is curious about the gospel.

Daily creative work and running a business are part of how people live out their faith. JOC supports Christian creatives and business owners in grounding that work in mutual service and biblical truth.

We also believe honest spiritual conversation is open to everyone. Our ministry welcomes people of every perspective, without assuming prior knowledge of church language, and without pressure to arrive at a particular answer.

Our aim is practical encouragement for vocational integrity, free of corporate growth jargon, so that people can do good work with a clear sense of who they serve.

Our faith is central to why we do this, and the invitation is open to people from every background.
